The Services We Deliver
Gannon International provides a wide range of business and administrative support to our partners, operational companies and joint ventures, enabling these entities to dedicate nearly all of their expertise and energy to their own growth. These services include:
- Strategic Planning. Working closely with each affiliate, Gannon International devises strategic plans that ensure operational efficiencies, safeguard against the future, and position the organization to maximize long-term potential.
- Financing. As goals are established and implementation strategies agreed upon, Gannon International takes the lead in financial planning by assessing both debt and equity resources.
- Operational Oversight. Each Gannon subsidiary or affiliated company establishes a five-year business plan with an annual budget that reflects the objectives of that plan. Annual operating results against projected performance are reviewed and evaluated on a monthly basis.
- Financial Controls. Gannon International's well-established system of financial checks and balances includes both scheduled and random audits, cash management, and credit analysis.
- Human Resources. Gannon International administers human resources, including employee benefit plans, payroll, EEOC, and OSHA compliance. Each Gannon entity also assigns uniquely qualified project managers who have in-depth technical and management experience.
- Other Professional Services. Gannon International offers each of its affiliates a variety of ancillary support services, including legal assistance, insurance, community relations programs, and independent audits.
