Gannon Realty Announces Promotions and New Fee Management Initiative
St. Louis, MO
Gannon Realty recently announced several executive level staff changes. Sybil Field, who has worked for Gannon since 1994 as President of Gannon Management of Missouri, is retiring from that position to spend more time with her family. Ms. Field will remain as President of Gannon Management of Florida, and will continue to be involved in the Missouri Management Company from a board level perspective.
Bob Greene, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gannon International, acknowledged the important contribution Ms. Field has made to the company over the years. "It is with mixed emotions that I announce Sybil's official retirement. Sybil's work ethic and commitment to Gannon have been unparalleled. Her many years of experience and talents are greatly valued and I'm happy she will continue to provide input to the strategic decision making for the real estate group."
The company has made two staff changes as a result of Ms. Field's partial retirement. In the last year, through the efforts of Deborah Kast, Gannon was able to secure several fee management contracts for Gannon Management of Missouri. As a result, Gannon has decided to open up a new initiative to grow fee management nationally. Ms Kast will head this initiative as Vice President of Business Development for Gannon Realty, and will continue to focus on fee management in St. Louis, as well as to use her talents and contacts to increase fee management for Gannon Management of Florida.
In addition, Carole Ballard, formerly Senior Vice President of Gannon Realty, has been promoted to President of Gannon Management of Missouri. Ms. Ballard brings more than 30 years of experience in retail, commercial, and multifamily real estate to this position, along with many years of apartment management experience. "It's a great privilege to be chosen to lead such an outstanding group of dedicated employees," says Ballard. "I look forward to celebrating success with those who contribute so much."
