Siobhan McCarthy directs the development and daily operations of LSI's production and consulting staff. She undertakes planning and growth of electronic discovery technology and technical support for all new and ongoing litigation support projects. Further, she oversees various aspects of budgeting, client development, product design, and support.
Ms. McCarthy has worked in the Litigation Support industry for more than 16 years-13 of these with LSI. Her experience includes the design, planning and implementation of office automation and legal information database systems in small, medium, and large law offices and corporate legal departments in United States and Canada. She has developed and taught a number of software training courses for law firms and corporate clients as well as the Executive Office of the United States Attorney (EOUSA).
Ms. McCarthy has assisted clients in defining requirements for information management systems and provided other client management and support services. These include defining requirements for information management systems; evaluating and advising on software and vendor selection; defining contract terms and negotiating contracts with vendors, as well as monitoring vendor progress; and providing users with ongoing direction and management to ensure that system and services meet the needs of the firm.
